How do I place an order?

You can place an online order with us as a guest or by signing up for a December account. If you would rather place an order over the phone, please contact us on 07456 624842. Gift cards can be purchased online and over the phone.

 

How will my order be shipped?

We offer UK mainland shipping via Royal Mail or Evri. £3.50 standard delivery.

Local pick-up available: Free. Your order will be ready within 1-3 days.

Your purchased items will be shipped within 5-10 working days. If you require your order sooner, please do get in touch and we will try our best to help.

With the current closure of many post offices we are also shipping with Evri for a faster turnaround. Contact us if you have any questions regarding shipping.

How do I return an order?

Sometimes things don’t work out, so if you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you have 14 working days from receipt of purchase, to send or drop it back to us for an exchange or refund. Please email us at hello@december.boutique with your order number and reason for return. We kindly ask that you make sure all products are returned in their original condition, with their original packing and labels still attached.

Return Fees

We will refund you once we receive the item/s back. This will usually happen within a few days. You will receive a confirmation email once this has been processed. All refunds are returned to the original payment method within 14 days. Refunds vary depending on your bank but typically it takes up to 5 working days to show up in your account.

Please note: the cost of returning the goods is your responsibility and we recommend you return items using a trackable delivery service, as we cannot accept responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit. You can send us an email and we can arrange for the goods to be returned in person, to save these costs. I am afraid that we cannot refund the original postage unless the item is faulty as we are a small company and take the items personally to the post office.

How do I exchange an item?

If you require an alternative size or colour of an item that you have ordered, please email us at hello@december.boutique and we will advise you on availability. If the item is available we will ship it to you with no further shipping charges, but the return of the original item(s) is still your responsibility.

What can I do if something is wrong with my order?

In the unlikely event, you receive a faulty item, or something is missing from your order please get in touch via email hello@december.boutique as soon as possible and we will resolve the problem.
